Prep + polish
Dust-controlled grinding, gap repair where needed, and staged polishing through finer grits, restoring shine without damaging the substrate.
Sealed & handed back
Final sealer coat, space cleared, care guide in your hand. Most rooms are walkable within hours of finishing.

Questions we hear a lot
How long does marble polishing take?
A typical 1,000 sqft unit runs 2–3 days. We do dust containment so you can still live in the space for most of it; we work room by room.
Can you match my parquet stain?
Yes. We mix to match your existing panels, or suggest a clean modern palette. We test 2–3 stain samples directly on your floor before committing.
Do I need to move out?
Usually no. Marble polishing rooms are walkable the same evening. Parquet refinishing needs ~24 hours to cure before walking on it.
How long will the finish last?
Marble: 5–7 years depending on traffic. Parquet: 7–10 years. Epoxy: 10+ years with occasional touch-ups. Traffic, cleaning products, and direct sunlight all affect longevity.
Can you repair cracks and gaps in parquet?
Yes. We fill, re-stain to match, and sand so repairs blend in. In most cases it's much cheaper than replacing panels.
Do you do commercial spaces?
Regularly. Offices, retail, F&B. We can schedule overnight or weekend work to avoid disrupting your business hours.
